Informational tools
NetScope provides diagnostic information for general privacy awareness. Results may be limited
by browser permissions, VPN behavior, DNS configuration, and third-party service availability.
The tool is designed to help users compare visible network signals before and after changing a
VPN, proxy, browser, DNS resolver, IPv6 setting, or WebRTC setting. The results are not a security
certification and should not be treated as proof that a device, account, or network is anonymous.
No guarantee
The site does not guarantee anonymity, VPN performance, legal compliance, or complete leak
detection. Use multiple checks when making security-sensitive decisions.
VPN and proxy behavior can change because of browser updates, operating system DNS settings,
mobile network switching, split tunneling, router configuration, and provider outages. A clean
result at one time does not guarantee the same result later.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the tools, automate excessive requests, or attempt to disrupt public lookup providers.
Do not use NetScope to attack, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer third-party diagnostic
services. Do not submit sensitive secrets, private keys, subscription URLs, account credentials,
payment information, or personal documents. If you run automated checks for your own monitoring,
keep request volume low and respect rate limits.
Third-party services
Some diagnostics depend on public lookup providers, browser APIs, CDN services, and advertising
platforms. Those services may be unavailable, rate-limited, or return incomplete information.
NetScope may change providers or disable a diagnostic when reliability or abuse prevention
requires it.
User responsibility
You are responsible for using VPN, proxy, DNS, and browser tools in accordance with applicable
laws, account terms, workplace policies, school policies, and service rules. NetScope provides
technical visibility; it does not provide legal, compliance, or account-risk advice.
